Branch Manager
Job Summary
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring the achievement of business targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and managing staff performance. This role requires strong leadership, financial management, and customer service skills to drive growth and profitability.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operational Supervision: Supervise and manage all branch operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to achieve Agent Network Merchant, sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Expense Monitoring: Monitor and control branch expenses to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to improve retention and satisfaction.
- Staff Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Performance Review: Review financial reports and provide management with regular updates on branch performance.
- Business Growth Identification: Identify opportunities for business growth and market expansion.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Risk Management: Ensure proper risk management, security, and safety measures within the branch.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Management.
- Experience: Proven experience in branch management, sales, or operations.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Financial Acumen: Excellent financial management and analytical abilities.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in ERM (Enterprise Risk Management), MS Office, and relevant business software.
