Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitoring from CBE classes regularly.
- Monitoring from CBE teachers teaching process regularly.
- Cooperation with CBE teachers in making of local teaching materials, lesson plan, Students hygiene, in management of class and school and Physical environment of School.
- Checking of education materials which sent through logistic unit and giving report to related unit.
- Controlling of Attendance of Teachers and students.
- Checking of Admin books.
- Filling of Logbook of education materials, and distribution of them on students.
- Taking part in SMS meetings on monthly base.
- Encouragement of SMS members to participate in school management, security of school, cooperation in students’ attendance, and cooperating in school building and construction.
- Jointly visiting with DED members from CBE classes.
- Conducting training if needed.
- Follow up of ASAS number for newly enrolled students.
- Follow up of student result.
- Follow up of handover, integration and upgrading of CBE classes.
- Follow up of finding of Land for school construction.
- Monitoring of related Hub school and Resource center.
- Taking part in education trainings if needed and facilitate some trainings for teachers and SMS members.
- Evaluation of quality of learning of students.
- And other related tasks which are given by related CBE Senior offi
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in similar positions in national and international NGOs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or 14 Grade with 5 years of same experience.
- Required Languages – Excellent Pashto and Dari reading, writing, and verbal skills, Fluent in English, reading, writing, and verbal skills. Travel – The position will be based in Kabul and only Kabul residents can apply for this position with frequent travel to the districts.
- The Social Mobilizer is required to have his own transportation/motorbike, the office will pay for fuel.
- Social Mobilizer is required to have his/her own smartphone

WDIO is nationally based in Kabul and maintains field operations through five regional offices, with over ninety-seven staff members, located in Kabul, Bamiyan & Logar (Center-Region), Ghor & Herat (West-Region), Nangarhar, Laghman & Kunar (East-region), Takhar & Badakhshan (North-Region) and Kandahar (South-Region). WDIO maintains the departments of Program, Operation, Human Resources Finance, and Procurement. Each department operates according to the WDIO written policies and procedure manuals updated based on the context of the area where WDIO implementing projects.
