Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality English language and literature instruction, creating lesson plans, assessing student progress, and fostering an engaging learning environment. Collaboration with colleagues to enhance the educational experience is essential.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Enhancing the English reading, writing, and speaking skills of the Team

• Comprehending spoken English

• Preparing his lessons for the team

• Coming up with a curriculum that will help all the students focus on a specified field of English use like literacy, life skills, and vocational English

• Developing a syllabus that will help the students cover English from an overall facet

• Providing English instructions to individual student

• Making student participate in English exercises and teaching them phonetics in order to better their reading, speaking, and writing skills

• Clearing the doubts and queries that arise in the minds of the staff

• Preparing notes and topics that are simple to understand and will help the students taking computer lessons

• Identifying the differences affecting the abilities of different student

• Holding quizzes and showing educational videos that will enhance the basic English skills of the team

• Teaching all the English language skills to the students, so that they will be able to talk in effective English

• Teaching reduction of accent and other techniques to the students

• Attending weekly staff meetings to discuss team

• Evaluating the progress of the team

• Explaining things through the use of pictures, demonstrations, and gestures

Job Requirements

·        B.A. English

·        3-5 years of work experience in a relevant field

·        Excellent spoken and written English, Pashto and Dari

·        Very good Presentation Skill

·        Excellent interpersonal communication skills
