Job Summary

We are seeking a Graphic and Motion Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in creating compelling visual content, engaging motion graphics, and intuitive UI/UX designs. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, user behavior, and branding to deliver high-quality digital and print assets, animations, and interactive user interfaces.

Duties & Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Visual Development: Create visually stunning graphics for digital platforms, marketing materials, and branding.
• Collateral Creation: Design for social media, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and vision.

Motion Design

• Engaging Content: Create motion graphics, animations, and video content for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Storyboarding: Develop storyboards, design assets, and animate videos using tools like Adobe After Effects.
• Enhancement: Incorporate visual effects, sound, and other elements to enhance motion projects.

UI/UX Design

• User-Friendly Interfaces: Design aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly interfaces for websites, applications, and digital platforms.
• Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts.
• User Research: Conduct user research and testing to optimize usability and accessibility.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure accurate and effective implementation of designs.

Project Management

• Project Oversight: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and content creators.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design, motion graphics, and UI/UX to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, UI/UX Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Technical Skills

• Graphic Design:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong typography, layout, and branding skills.
• Motion Design:
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of 2D/3D animation and video editing techniques.
• UI/UX Design:
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
• Understanding of user-centered design methodologies.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, motion design, and UI/UX design.
• A portfolio showcasing expertise in all three areas (required).

Soft Skills

• Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Adaptability to evolving project requirements and feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
• Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Agile project management processes.
