HR Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's objectives, ensuring HR contributes to overall business success.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, to attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations, conflict resolution, and the development and enforcement of HR policies.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans to enhance employee productivity and growth.
- Training and Development: Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and create development programs that enhance employee skills and career advancement.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming and inclusive workplace for all employees.
- HR Metrics: Utilize data and analytics to measure HR program effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal; exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
