MFS CVM & Corporate Account Supervisor(Re-announced)
Job Summary
The Account Supervisor & Customer Value Management (CVM) will contact potential NGOs and government entities to seek new business opportunities, prepare proposals and submissions, invoice submissions, and assist the organization in strengthening corporate relationships for business growth. As a CVM, the individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance customer engagement, maximize customer lifetime value, and drive revenue growth. This role includes analyzing customer data to identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and retaining customers, ensuring that value is delivered to meet the unique needs of each customer segment, along with other tasks assigned by the line manager or management.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Create and manage CVM campaigns.
· Perform customer behavior analysis and create, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns for retention, churn, and gross additions.
· Regularly track and manage the churn process, understanding trends and dynamics.
· Provide campaign reporting, analysis, and insights.
· Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis and continuously optimize tactics to improve effectiveness in achieving targets.
· Compile, maintain, and deliver weekly and monthly CVM and CRM reports and presentations.
· Perform in-depth campaign analysis to understand effectiveness and make strategic recommendations.
· Assist in developing CRM and CVM strategies and leverage key insights and advanced analytics.
· Create various ad-hoc reports and analyses as required.
· Seek opportunities for partnerships with NGOs, I-NGOs, and UN agencies.
· Coordinate the preparation, submission, and follow-ups for RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs with NGOs, I-NGOs, UN agencies, and government offices.
· Attend pre-bidding, partner, and business meetings on behalf of MoMo MFS/FINTECH when required.
· Submit invoices to NGOs and follow up for receivable amounts from partners, NGOs, I-NGOs, UN agencies, or government offices.
· Achieve monthly professional revenue targets assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements
Education:
· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations.
Experience:
· Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate relations, customer relations, and project management.
Skills:
· Strong presentation and communication skills.
· Analytical skills with proficiency in data management.
· Computer literacy and ability to work under pressure in a tense security environment.
· Time management and planning/budgeting skills.
· Negotiation skills with partners.
· Reporting and financial analysis skills to increase the company’s gross margin.
· Risk mitigation and fraud detection/control skills.
