- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders with excellent written and verbal skills to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
- Be approachable, empathetic, and able to resolve conflicts and address concerns in a professional manner.
- Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Have strong work ethic, time management skills, and be able to work under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and accurate in their work.
- Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure that all documentation and records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Able to identify and resolve problems quickly and effectively by analyzing complex situations, gathering information, and developing solutions that are fair and equitable.
