Representative - EBU Sales & Reporting
Job Overview
The primary objective of this position is to promote both existing and newly launched products to the corporate sector, ensuring timely and accurate analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities Key Tasks:
- Schedule meetings with corporate clients.
- Conduct a minimum of three visits daily to corporate accounts to inform them about MTNA’s products and services.
- Identify and pursue new corporate accounts.
- Maintain follow-up with prospective accounts until agreements are finalized.
- Prepare and submit daily visit reports to the line supervisor.
- Address and resolve complaints from existing customers, responding to and following up on sales inquiries using suitable methods.
- Monitor daily sales activities with both existing and new clients.
- Introduce new services to current clients to enhance sales and expand account subscriptions.
- Compile relevant sales reports.
- Build and sustain relationships with customers through meetings, phone calls, emails, and internal coordination to optimize service quality, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Request referrals from current customers.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of customers’ businesses and needs.
- Provide information on competitors’ corporate activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, maintaining confidentiality and proper organization.
- Ensure accurate reporting of daily sales and activations.
- Coordinate with Sales, HR, and Finance regarding the timely processing of sales agents' monthly salaries.
- Generate daily, weekly, and performance reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to proper formats.
- Prepare partner commission reports (monthly and quarterly), collaborating with the finance department to ensure precision.
- Work with partners and the EBU team to compile monthly market competition reports, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Organize monthly reports received from IT and share them with Finance for invoicing.
- Maintain close communication with Finance to ensure timely invoicing for clients.
- Follow up with each client to ensure payment according to agreed terms and before invoice due dates.
- Provide additional reports as required by the department.
- Be flexible with working extra hours as needed by the department.
Qualifications Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Training:
- Corporate governance.
- Introductory and intermediate telecom training.
- Selling techniques.
- Customer retention strategies.
- Professional selling skills.
- Account management.
- Time management.
