Sales and Marketing Manager
Job Summary
Behtar Group of Companies is hiring a Sales and Marketing Manager to promote existing brands and products, as well as introduce new products to the market. This role involves assessing marketing techniques, collaborating with the sales team, and driving overall sales performance to achieve company targets.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Brand Promotion: Promote the company's existing brands and products while introducing new products to the market.
- Marketing Assessment: Continually assess company marketing techniques and their effectiveness in influencing sales.
- Sales Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to evaluate current sales projections.
- Market Research: Gather, investigate, and summarize market data and trends to draft insightful reports.
- Sales Plans Implementation: Implement new sales plans and advertising strategies.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and manage marketing and sales teams to meet human resource objectives.
- Sales Growth: Increase company sales and achieve targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Customer Base Expansion: Expand the customer base for existing and new products.
- Customer Demand Analysis: Recognize and analyze customer demands for new products.
- Retailer Relationships: Maintain excellent relationships with existing and new retailer channels by introducing sub-retailers and other channels to increase business traffic.
- Client Engagement: Maintain relationships with key clients and retailers through regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Industry Awareness: Stay current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, workshops, and reading relevant publications.
- Sales Goals Responsibility: Hold ultimate responsibility for meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to creatively reach potential customers.
- Strategy Development: Develop strategies and tactics to attract telecom companies and drive qualified traffic to the company.
- Campaign Management: Deploy successful marketing campaigns and oversee their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Content Production: Produce valuable and engaging content for the company website and blog to attract and convert target groups.
- Budget Management: Prepare and monitor the digital marketing budget quarterly and annually, allocating funds wisely.
- Marketing Material Oversight: Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including website banners, brochures, and case studies.
- Performance Measurement: Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights to assess against goals.
- Risk Management: Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition.
- Additional Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Job Requirements
- Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing; management experience may be advantageous.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.
