Job Summary: Search Woman
The Search Woman is responsible for being alert in her duties and assisting the Security Manager with security checks, analysis, and the compilation of various security, protection, and precautionary issues. A key responsibility is to search female visitors and report any suspicious activities to the related supervisor.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Physically search female visitors before entry.
- Prepare suspicious activity reports.
- Monitor the performance of security guards.
- Ensure the safety of the branch interior.
- Conduct a security sweep every morning.
- Verify that all door locks are operational.
- Perform any other security-related duties directed by the branch manager.
Job Requirements
- Education: Not required; familiarity with basic English is an asset.
Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Afghan National, fluent in Dari and/or Pashto.
Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the security field is required.
