Job Summary
Senior Analyst Direct Sales with Etisalat Afghanistan.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Ensures proper follow-up with a tracking sheet in place for all direct sales vacant positions to assist direct sales in the management of customer flow & mitigate the risk of lack of staff.
• Prepares direct sales KPI reports in Excel Sheet & Presentation formats for his line manager in close coordination with relevant direct sales channels by ensuring the sales figures’ accuracy.
• Coordinates with HR for direct sales staff requested training and development throughout the year.
• Ensures all direct sales supervisors & agents get the required training by properly tracking and following up with them on a periodic basis.
• Prepares the SIM registration report trends on a weekly basis by ensuring proper tracking of all direct sales POS daily SIM registration records in close collaboration with IT relevant stakeholders & POS responsible.
• Coordinates with relevant stakeholders for direct sales of all POS petty cash processes through the E-Sign platform by ensuring the actual cost & figures accuracy.
• Coordinates with relevant direct sales POS responsible for stock transfer orders to avoid shortages and deliver the stock in a timely manner.
• Coordinates with IT relevant stakeholders for automation of direct sales KPI, reconciliation & dashboard reports to bring efficiency.
• Prepares a database for all direct sales POS to capture the required information e.g., POS license validity, taxation matter, contract timeline, electricity bill payment timeline &, etc.
• Prepares the monthly direct sales headcount report for each POS by ensuring accuracy in terms of the number of headcounts, contact details, employee ID & designation.
• Ensures proper follow-up is in place for collection of unusable items in direct sales POS & coordinates with relevant departments for repairing & proper placement in another POS as per requirement.
• Collaborate with the line manager for the completion of direct sales assigned tasks as per the Director Consumer Sales.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with three years of relevant experience.
