Job Summary
Position: Senior Sales Agent - Direct Sales

Duties & Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction:
- Responsible for properly greeting and welcoming direct sales customers at Etisalat sales points.
- Provide accurate information regarding product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
- Customer Support:
- Address customer queries about Etisalat Afghanistan products and services effectively.
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to assist prospective customers in their purchasing decisions.
- Sales Responsibilities:
- Responsible for cross-selling and up-selling Etisalat Afghanistan products and services.
- Manage returns of stock without variance to supervisor in a timely manner.
- Promotions and Feedback:
- Inform customers about Etisalat Afghanistan product discounts and special offers.
- Gauge customer feedback and share insights with the line supervisor.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated about new products and services offered by Etisalat Afghanistan.
- Target Achievement:
- Responsible for achieving individual and assigned sales targets.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the line supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
- Experience:
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in sales.
