As a Social Media Officer, you'll drive our online presence by executing social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Responsibilities include content creation, community engagement, and monitoring trends to enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with teams for consistent messaging, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights for optimization. Duties & Responsibilities

• Update company social media platforms

• Asset Monetization for the platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok)

• Content Ownership (copyright management) for the mentioned platforms

• SEO processing for Digital Content on different online platforms

• Upload content for social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok)

• Maximize Revenues by optimizing the uploaded content (captions, annotation, links)

• Inner-network cross-promotion on different channels/platforms

• Reporting social media and online performance to the management (Monthly report)

• Translate into Dari and Pashto upon request

Job Requirements

• High School Graduate

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred

• Understanding and Knowledge of social media platforms & online video content

• copywriting skills (in Dari and English) 

• Excellent communication in English (written and spoken)

• Analysis and Reporting skills

• Understanding social media and digital eco-system

• Photoshop skills would be a plus

• Editing skills would be a plus
