Biltek, which was established on 1997 by scholar friends at the same university during 70s, is the initials of the words “Bilgi ve Teknoloji (Infor- mation & Technology)”Biltek, as befitting to its name, concluded a lot of great businesses from sub- structure to superstructure, from projects to constructions either inland or abroad in a short time with the power sourcing from harmonious collaboration and accumulated knowledge between its partners. Biltek has been continuously enlarging its activity area abroad either by opening branches or establishing partnerships. It continues its activities in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Iraq, in gulf countries, in Afghanistan, and in Libya.
