Job Summary

Behtar Group of Companies is seeking to hire 50 Brand Ambassador Interns. The interns will play a crucial role in representing the company, promoting its products and services, and supporting various marketing initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Company Familiarization: Familiarize yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
  • Event Representation: Represent the company at regional branch events.
  • Promotional Visits: Conduct visits to institutions to promote products and services.
  • Campaign Participation: Organize and participate in street campaigns.
  • Agent Recruitment Support: Support daily agent recruitment activities.
  • SME Recruitment Assistance: Assist in small and medium enterprise (SME) recruitment initiatives.
  • Brochure Distribution: Distribute brochures through door-to-door outreach.
  • Ground Level Coordination: Responsible for ground-level activities such as coordination and distribution with customers.
  • Customer Interaction: Receive and attend to customers in a professional manner.
  • Customer Acquisition: Manage customer and agent acquisition and registration in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with training provided.
  • Customer Service: Maintain excellent customer service and treat customers well.
  • Payment Processing: Process customer payments via cash and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Complaint Handling: Troubleshoot customer complaints and inquiries, reporting to the head office.
  • Activity Reporting: Provide ground-level activity reports to the head office with pictorial documentation in a timely manner.
  • Daily Reconciliation: Conduct daily reconciliation with relevant sections.
  • Marketing Support: Support sales and marketing staff in conceptualizing marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Education Initiatives: Educate customers, retailers, and distributors about company products.
  • Digital Marketing Support: Assist the Digital Marketing team with website and social content to drive awareness and attract new customers.
  • Event Representation: Represent the company at product launches, events, and trade shows.
  • Business Opportunity Identification: Identify business opportunities and report competitor activity in the designated area.
  • Self-Capacity Building: Engage in self-capacity building through daily activities and participate in workshops and trainings provided by the company.
  • Daily Reporting: Provide daily activity reports to the line manager through the established reporting channels.
  • Additional Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Minimum of a Diploma or Degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or operations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, ERM (Enterprise Risk Management), Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.
  • Language Proficiency: Must be able to speak Dari, Pashto, and English.

Preferred Skills

  • Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong teamwork abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Negotiation skills to deal with diverse customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Highly innovative and proactive, willing to travel and reside in the designated region.
  • Attend meetings and follow up on KPIs.
