Job Summary

The Brand Shop Representative will be responsible for assisting with client services, providing help and advice to customers regarding the organization's products and services, and keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Complaint Handling: Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  2. Client Service Assistance: Assist with client services as needed.
  3. Product Guidance: Provide help and advice to customers using the organization's products and services.
  4. Problem Identification: Identify customer problems and promote sales.
  5. Customer Liaison: Liaise with customers within the given Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  6. Issue Processing: Process customer complaints, requests, and issues within the given SLA.
  7. Escalation Management: Escalate customer complaints and issues within the given SLA as necessary.
  8. Customer Feedback: Update customers after successful service and gather their feedback.
  9. Sales Targets: Meet both SIM and recharge targets on a monthly basis.
  10. Daily Reporting: Submit daily sales reports to the supervisor.
  11. Team Collaboration: Work with the team to create a pleasant working environment.
  12. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
  13. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with ATRA rules and regulations while selling SIMs in the open market.
  14. SAF Submission: Submit the SAF on time to SAF management and update the record of SAF submissions.
  15. Promotion Awareness: Inform customers about new promotions and services.
  16. Overall Service: Provide comprehensive service, sales, marketing, and customer care.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  1. Education: High school graduate; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  2. Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  3. Language Proficiency: Fluent in local languages (Dari or Pashto) and a good understanding of English.
  4. Computer Skills: Knowledge of computer programs, especially office packages.
  5. Work Ethic: Demonstrates a strong work ethic.
  6. Communication Skills: Possesses excellent communication skills.
  7. Integrity: Uphold integrity and honesty in all dealings.
  8. Pressure Management: Capable of performing well under pressure.
  9. Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during work.
  10. Travel Willingness: Willingness to travel to other provinces and work additional hours.
  11. Policy Adherence: Adheres to company rules and policies.
