Job Summary

The Brand Shop Representative will be responsible for the following tasks:

ü  Assist with client services as needed.

ü  Provide help and advice to customers using the organization's products and services.

ü  Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.

ü  Duties & Responsibilities

ü  Handling customer complaints.

ü  Assisting with client services as needed.

ü  Providing help and advice to customers using the organization's products and services.

ü  Identifying customer problems and promoting sales.

ü  Liaising with the customer within the given SLA.

ü  Processing customer complaints/issues, requests, etc. within the given SLA.

ü  Escalating the customer complaint, and problem/issue request within the given SLA.

ü  Updating the customer after successful service and getting their feedback if any.

ü  Meeting both SIM & recharge targets on a monthly basis.

ü  Submitting daily sales reports to the supervisor.

ü  Working with the team and creating a pleasant working environment.

ü  Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.

ü  Ensuring to follow the ATRA rules and regulations while selling the Sims in the open market.

ü  Submitting the SAF on time to SAF management and updating the record of SAF submission. 

ü  Offering/informing the customer about new promotions and services.

ü  Providing overall service, sales, marketing, and customer care.

Job Requirements

ü  Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. 

ü  Multi-language skills (good communication in English written and speaking).

ü  Good knowledge and computer skills (especially in Ms. Excel and Ms. Word along with presentation skills).

ü  At least 2 years of work experience in the same field or similar fields.

ü  Business Communication skills.

ü  Ability to work under pressure.
