Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Writer & Multimedia Content Creator fluent in Dari, Pashto, and English to produce engaging, high-quality content across multiple platforms. Candidates with prior experience in media or digital content production will be prioritized. The ideal candidate will create written, visual, and multimedia content for both our company and clients. This role requires a professional who can manage high workloads, meet tight deadlines, and deliver content that aligns with brand strategy and audience engagement goals.

Duties & Responsibilities

·       Content Creation: Produce high-quality written content for blogs, social media, websites, and marketing materials in Dari, Pashto, and English.

·       Multimedia Development: Create graphics, short videos, infographics, and interactive media.

·       Collaboration: Work with the creative team to maintain brand voice and visual consistency across languages.

·       Content Management: Plan and manage content calendars for both company and client projects.

·       Research: Conduct research to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and originality of content.

·       SEO Optimization: Optimize content for SEO, social media engagement, and user experience.

·       Review & Edit: Review and edit content to maintain high standards of quality and professionalism.

·       Audience Adaptation: Adapt content for different audiences and platforms in three languages.

·       Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

·       Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest content trends, digital tools, and audience preferences.

Job Requirements

·       Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in content writing and multimedia content creation.

·       Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and English (spoken & written) is mandatory.

·       Media Experience: Experience in media or digital content production is highly preferred.

·       Creative Skills: Strong creative writing and storytelling skills.

·       Multimedia Tools: Experience with multimedia tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, camera).

·       Research & Editing: Excellent research, editing, and proofreading abilities.

·       Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a high-output, fast-paced environment.

·       Digital Marketing Knowledge: Knowledge of SEO, social media content strategy, and digital marketing principles.

·       Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating past content projects, including multimedia examples.

·       Communication Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
