Job Summary

The Fuel Filler is responsible for checking fuel quality and quantity, receiving, and delivering fuel to all GSM sites. The successful candidate must perform the tasks mentioned below in a technical and skilled manner while adhering to standard safety protocols.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Daily Operations:
    • Oversee and perform the daily work schedule as planned by the supervisor.
  • Fuel Refilling:
    • Skillfully handle fuel refilling processes.
  • Safety Compliance:
    • Follow safety standards while working with diesel refueling generators.
  • Fuel Quality Assessment:
    • Assess and ensure the quality of fuel.
  • Fuel Delivery:
    • Deliver fuel by fuel truck to all sites in various locations.
  • Documentation:
    • Complete forms and report formats, reporting directly to the supervisor.
    • Submit daily fuel-receiving reports, daily fuel delivery reports, weekly fuel-receiving reports, and monthly fuel-receiving reports accurately.
  • Travel Requirements:
    • Be prepared to travel to job sites in any area where the sites are located.
  • Shift Work:
    • Work on shifts according to the shift schedule, if required.
  • Additional Duties:
    • Perform other related duties as required in the job field.

Job Requirements

  • Education:
    • High school graduate.
  • Experience:
    • 3 to 4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Teamwork Skills:
    • Must have good work habits and be able to work collaboratively with other staff members.
  • Task Completion:
    • Ability to complete assignments as per the supervisor's instructions.
  • Fuel Estimation:
    • Capable of estimating necessary fuel as per the required plan and adhering to the timeline for reporting.
  • Reporting:
    • After completing tasks, report to the supervisor or responsible person in the department, specifying the work done and any issues encountered.
  • Timeliness:
    • Ability to complete assigned tasks within the instructed time frame.
