Job Description
Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems.
- 24/7 live monitoring through the control room and reporting of suspicious activities.
- Manage servers and video recording/playback software (NVR, DVR, VMS Systems).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to camera networks.
- Collaborate with the security and IT teams to ensure the integrity of the surveillance system.
- Review and archive footage as per security and legal requirements.
- Provide general IT support including local networks, hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Accurate documentation of camera locations, configurations, and technical incidents.
- Submit regular reports to the direct supervisor.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in IT and surveillance systems.
- Strong familiarity with IP and analog cameras, and equipment such as Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, and similar brands.
- Solid understanding of basic networking concepts (LAN, IP Addressing, Routing).
- Experience with video monitoring and management software (VMS, CMS, etc.).
- Willingness to work in shifts or flexible hours when required.
- High attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and ability to handle emergencies.
- Ability to prepare technical reports.
- Willingness to perform other office-related tasks as needed.
