Job Summary
We are seeking a highly professional, experienced, and performance-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage both our company’s digital presence and the social media accounts of our clients. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong creative and analytical skills who can perform exceptionally well in a fast-paced, high-workload environment. The ideal candidate must be capable of leading digital strategies, producing measurable results, and ensuring the highest quality of execution across all platforms.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Account Management: Manage and grow social media accounts for both the company and multiple clients.
· Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each brand’s goals.
· Content Planning: Create, plan, and execute monthly content calendars.
· Quality Oversight: Oversee content quality, brand voice consistency, and publishing schedules.
· Advertising Management: Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms.
· Performance Analysis: Conduct detailed performance analysis using analytics tools and prepare reports.
· Trend Monitoring: Monitor trends, competitor activity, and algorithm updates to refine strategies.
· Collaboration: Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-impact, engaging content.
· Project Handling: Handle multiple projects simultaneously and maintain consistent performance.
· Execution Quality: Ensure high-quality and fast execution in a high-output work environment.
· Campaign Innovation: Generate new digital campaign ideas and innovative approaches to improve engagement and conversions.
· Client Communication: Communicate clearly with clients, understand their objectives, and deliver results that meet expectations.
Job Requirements
· Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing.
· Analytics Proficiency: Strong understanding of analytics tools, ad platforms, and digital KPIs.
· Communication Skills: Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
· Workload Management: Ability to handle high-volume workloads and work efficiently under pressure.
· Client Management: Experience in managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
· Creativity & Strategy: Strong creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
· Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Trend Awareness: Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
· Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and English (spoken & written).
· Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous successful digital projects.
