Job Summary

The Marketing Manager of the Ramaki Group of Companies will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives. This role involves overseeing branding initiatives, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials, while conducting market analysis and fostering strong customer relationships. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and enhance the Ramaki brand's presence in the market.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Plans: Create short-term, midterm, and long-term marketing and business plans for sales and marketing, ensuring alignment with the Ramaki business plan.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the development and launch of quarterly marketing campaigns for the Ramaki Group of Companies.
  • Brand Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to create and manage branding materials, promotions, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
  • Innovative Strategies: Employ innovative strategies to enhance the attractiveness of Ramaki's product advertisements.
  • Client Relationships: Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and donors to support ongoing sales efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Ramaki departments and clients to ensure program execution aligns with agreements and objectives.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on marketing activities and developments.
  • Advertising Oversight: Oversee the implementation of advertising and promotional campaigns across various platforms.
  • Market Monitoring: Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape, adapting strategies to increase Ramaki's market share.
  • Coordination with Sales: Ensure promotional activities are coordinated with sales managers and other senior executives.
  • Market Research: Assist in conducting market research and analyze findings to inform marketing strategies.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform additional tasks related to this position as assigned by senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Education: University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within production companies.
  • Languages: Fluency in English, Dari, and Pashto.
  • Skills:
    • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
    • Creative thinking and the ability to generate original ideas.
    • Strong communication and writing skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of sales processes in production companies.
