Job Summary: Physiotherapy Supervisor

The Physiotherapy Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of the physiotherapy department, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care. They collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and implement treatment plans while maintaining compliance with organizational standards and policies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assess patient physical capacities to set treatment objectives and improve health and wellbeing.
• Develop and implement physiotherapy programs, including exercises, manipulations, and patient education.
• Train patients and caregivers on injury prevention to promote safe behaviors.
• Monitor and report physiotherapy activities, ensuring accurate documentation of patient files and statistics.
• Manage physiotherapy equipment, including stock management and cleaning.
• Report any issues or incidents to the line manager.
• Organize and coordinate team activities, including scheduling and training needs.
• Participate in monthly reports according to guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma (12th grade) essential; university degree desirable.
• Certification: Physiotherapist certification essential.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in similar positions.
• Languages: Proficiency in Dari/Pashto and English (oral and written).
• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant skills.
