Job Summary
Kabul Skyscraper Services (KSS) is hiring for the position of Regional Team Leader (RTL).
Duties & Responsibilities

· Plan and implement regional sales strategy.
· Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify new prospects and sales opportunities for the region.
· Coordinate regional sales activities and ensure synergy with other activities within and outside the department.
· Promote ATOMA PAY brand visibility within the region using available resources.
· Ensure distribution and effective usage of brand items and signage to dealers.
· Liaise with Marketing to organize events and promotions to improve awareness of the ATOMA brand.
· Manage growth and profitability of the dealer community within the region.
· Ensure targets of the dealerships are met.
· Ensure dealerships receive necessary training required to maximize sales within the region.
· Provide inputs into sales forecasting regarding reforecast and allocation.
· Ensure correct distribution of stock among Master Agents and Agents.
· Ensure optimum service levels are achieved and maintained.
· Provide a communication link between ATOMA and the Master Agents in the region.
· Oversee an updated database of retail participants and monitor for integrity.
· Ensure retail participants are equipped with knowledge of ATOMA products for seamless exchange with ultimate consumers.
· Ensure retailers provide a positive subscriber experience at the point of purchase.
· Initiate trade promotional activities to achieve push and pull effects.
· Implement channel reward and recognition initiatives.
· Anticipate staff needs, schedule personnel, and assign work accordingly.
· Coach and mentor direct reports to ensure high staff motivation.
· Manage, motivate, and reward the team to achieve key performance areas.
· Identify staff training and development needs and implement necessary actions.
· Maintain daily objectives and ensure work goals are met in a timely and effective manner.
· Maintain performance and compliance obligations.
· Promote productivity and safety through effective training and constant feedback to employees.
· Recruit brand ambassador appointments.
Job Requirements

· Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant areas.
· Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
Essentials:
· Fluency in local languages (Dari and Pashto) and good command of English (both written and oral).
· Proficient in computer skills, particularly in MS Word and MS Excel.
· Good communication skills and strong understanding.
· Flexibility to work under various conditions, including accepting shift rotations as proposed by ATOMA.
· Afghan nationality.
