Position: Sales Agent - Indirect Sales (Casual)

The Sales Agent will oversee assigned territories, ensuring effective sales performance and service quality across various sales channels, including Extended Direct Sales (EDS) agents, sales points, and outlets.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Territory Oversight: Manage assigned territories, including EDS agents and sales outlets, to ensure high sales performance and service quality.
- Service Standards: Maintain high standards of service and sales practices in all extended direct sales channels, adhering to Etisalat's quality guidelines.
- Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to staff and partners, focusing on product knowledge and operational efficiency related to SIM card registration and sales procedures.
- Documentation and Inventory: Ensure proper documentation and inventory management by EDS, including sales records and stock levels.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the line manager, detailing performance metrics for distributors, outlets, and EDS representatives.
- Field Visits: Conduct regular visits to assigned areas to ensure consistent product availability and visibility of Etisalat marketing materials, preventing stock shortages.
- Timely Reporting: Ensure all required documents and reports are submitted on time within established KPIs for EDS and retail outlets.
- Product Updates: Continuously educate EDS agents, dealers, and retailers on new product offerings, company policies, and operational procedures.
- New Onboarding: Actively identify and onboard new EDS Express Shops and retailers to enhance product acquisition and revenue generation.
- Rural Sales Development: Focus on expanding sales in rural areas, turning previously non-profitable sites into profitable ventures to increase Etisalat’s presence.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to Etisalat’s policies regarding SIM card registration, maintaining high compliance across all channels.
- User Enrollment Promotion: Promote the enrollment of DRM limited users in the region to increase user numbers and drive higher VAS (Value Added Services) transactions.
- E-Top Up Expansion: Focus on expanding the E-Top Up business within the region, increasing digital top-up transactions and overall business growth.
- Market Insights: Provide timely insights on competitor activities and market movements to help adapt strategies for business growth.
Job Requirements
- Education: High School diploma.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
