Sales Agent Direct Sales (Casual)
Job Summary
The Sales Agent for Direct Sales at Etisalat Afghanistan is responsible for engaging customers at sales points and providing comprehensive information about products and services. This role includes cross-selling and up-selling while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers at Etisalat sales points.
- Provide accurate information regarding product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
- Address customer inquiries about Etisalat Afghanistan products and services.
- Conduct comparisons of prices and features to assist customers in their purchasing decisions.
- Cross-sell and up-sell Etisalat products and services.
- Manage returns of stock efficiently and without discrepancies, reporting to the supervisor.
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the line supervisor.
- Stay updated on new products and services offered by Etisalat Afghanistan.
- Achieve individual and assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the line supervisor.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
