Sales Supervisor & Sales representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized sales supervisor to join our growing team in Takhar province. In this position, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and growing company revenue. You will supervise and coordinate the schedules of the sales representatives to meet and exceed sales quotas. In addition, we are looking for Sales representative (sales rep) who is responsible for overseeing the sale of FTTH (fiber to the home) products & services from beginning to end. He is the direct point of contact with customers and in charge of ensuring a customer's needs and expectations are met. sales representative shall maintain updated product knowledge inside and out and guide the customers through the purchase process efficiently and satisfactorily.

Duties & Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities of Sales supervisor:

• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
• Organize and coordinate sales representatives’ schedules
• Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
• Supervise sales representatives and assistants
• Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
• Work with sales team when closing sales
• Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand, the market
• Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales
• Market visit if necessary to visit the customers and help the sales team to provide information to the client.
• Meet all sales quotas and goals
• Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals
• Stay up-to-date on current market trends
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections
• Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value
• Create professional images in the market through our advertising and branding
• Expand Afghan PAY FTTH project services in Takhar province and apply sales plan
• Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
• Weekly sales meeting to motivate, assign new tasks, and enquire regarding the assigned tasks
• Assign monthly sales targets for the sales team and explain the rules and regulations
• Daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the line manager 

Duties and Responsibilities of Sales Representative:

• Daily Market visit to provide information regarding FTTH to the market and find new customer
• Door to Door Marketing/sales
• Meet with customers to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate
• Establish relationships with new customers
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly target
• Generating and following up on business leads and sales opportunities.
• Conducting product demonstrations and arranging meetings with clients.
• Quickly responding to sales inquiries and providing information.
• Identifying potential target customers through market research.
• Creating daily reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and goal adherence.
• Conducting regular market visits to offer ISP service and conduct door-to-door marketing/sales.
• Keep a high level of knowledge about existing services, and learn about new products and services as they emerge.
• Following up with FTTH clients for advance payment processes.
• Anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly
• Performing tasks assigned by the line manager/Supervisor.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business administration, business, or related field preferred
• Two (2) years' previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
• Demonstrated and proven sales results
• Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Focused on customer service
• Persuasive and goal-oriented
• In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market
• Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers' needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of [1] years in sales, with [2] years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
