Job Description: Sales Support Representative
Job Summary
Kabul Skyscraper Services (KSS) is hiring a Sales Support Representative to assist in reporting and data management tasks essential for sales operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
Specific duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Reporting & Analysis
- Provide GA & Revenue reports vs. total TGT per channel, region, and province, highlighting zero revenue GA per user & channel in the dashboard daily.
- Provide daily updates on active & inactive YP based on registration, updating MTD SIM issuance vs. inactive stock per agent & channel.
- Prepare ER slides for all major KPIs for weekly meetings.
- Provide transaction, rejection, and activation reports for all channels per province, region, and per CSR on a weekly basis, updating re-registration from non-compliant bases per YP & channel.
- Communication & Coordination
- Communicate with CR to get SIM swapping reports and update them in the dashboard per YP & CSP.
- Provide & update top-up from new acquisition & revenue reports per channel & agent in the daily dashboard.
- Provide & update MoMo GA vs. total GA per channel, region, province, and agent.
- Delivery Reporting
- Collect SIM delivery reports from channels, compile the delivery per province, and update it vs. the total SIM issuance.
- Share the pending delivery report per YP, BA, and channel with the Ops team/SS Team on a daily and monthly basis.
Job Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or high school graduate.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience, particularly in reporting.
- Skills:
- Experience in data analysis and data visualization.
- Strong data management and reporting skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel & Access.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
Abilities
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as an effective team member.
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good decision-making skills.
