Job Description: ATOMA Agent
Job Summary
The ATOMA Agent will be responsible for handling sales activities while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Process SIM swap requests from customers to the support team and follow up until resolved.
- Handle SIM registration, contract changes, owner changes, PIN code, and PUK code requests as per process and ensure completion.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with the field team and support team as necessary.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Report any competitive activity observed in the market, such as new offers and marketing activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Provide services to customers, including but not limited to:
- Airtime sales (voucher card and EVD)
- Bundle selling
- Providing information about bundles and offers
- Registering customer complaints about offers and bundles
- Customer re-registration
- Proper record-keeping of all activities and transactions.
- Generate sales leads.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: High school graduate; general education or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred).
- Experience: 1-2 years of work experience dealing directly with customers.
- Languages: Must be fluent in Dari, Pashto, and English.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Skills:
- Good marketing skills.
- Sales presentations.
- Teamwork.
- Strong communication skills complemented by a professional and respectful attitude.
- Problem-solving aptitude, creative thinking, and the ability to work under pressure in a stressful environment.
