Job Summary
Position Title: Government Relations Manager
The Government Relations Manager will be responsible for carrying out the organization’s legal tasks, participating in government meetings, resolving legal matters, and handling disputes between the organization and the government.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Dispute Resolution: Ability to resolve legal disputes effectively.
- Legal Matters: Professional capability to address the organization's legal issues with the government.
- Document Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up on the organization's documents with government entities.
- Government Meetings: Participate in government meetings, presenting scientific and professional arguments from legal and Sharia perspectives.
- Media Laws Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of media laws in the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
- Government Institutions Knowledge: Complete knowledge of relevant government institutions.
Job Requirements
- Education: Graduate in Law (Criminal Law Department) or Sharia Faculty from Kabul University.
- Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in government relations and legal consultancy.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Pashto, Dari, and English.
- Computer Skills: Full proficiency in computer programs.
