Job Description: Legal Advisor


Job Summary

We are looking for a Legal Advisor who provides legal guidance to businesses or clients. Their primary duties include structuring solutions for disputes, providing support in legal issues, and reviewing legal materials and contracts.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • ترتیب پلان کاری ماهوار، ربعوار و سالانه در مطابقت با پلان عمومی و پالیسی اداره جهت نیل به اهداف از قبل تعین شده.
  • ارائه مشوره های حقوقی کتبی و شفاهی به مدیریت منابع بشری/اداری، سطح رهبری و سایر دبپارتمندها شرکت در مطابقت به قوانین نافذه کشور، قانون کار و امور اجتماعی و قوانین بین المللی وسایر پالیسی های اداره مربوطه.
  • مرور و تعدیل تمام قرار داد های اداره و ارائه نظریات، پیشنهادات و ملاحظات لازم از لحاظ حقوقی غرض تامین مسایل حقوقی در مطابقت به قوانین نافذه کشور.
  • ارائه پیشنهادات و نظریات مسلکی به مدیر منابع بشری/اداری در زمینه مراقبت و نظارت از مراحل پروسه اسناد شرکت.
  • اشتراک در جلسات بر مبنای مشوره های مسلکی در جهت اصلاح و بهبود امور داخلی اداری و همچنین در زمینه مراودات و مکاتبات ارگان های دولتی و سکتورهای خصوصی.
  • آگاهی کامل از قانون وزارت کار و امور اجتماعی، طرزالعمل مربوط به آن و قوانین تجارت و اجراعات حل و فصل منازعات مشترکین در ارگان های ذیربط.
  • نمایندگی نمودن از طرف شرکت خدماتی افغان پی در مجالس با نهاد های دولتی در مورد قضایای مشخص جهت حصول اطمینان از اینکه تمام موضوعات حقوقی در هر نوع تصامیم مد نظر گرفته شده است.
  • مطالعه تمام مسوده قراردادهای شرکت های مخابراتی، تفاهم نامه های اتحادیه کریدت کارت های الکترونیکی، مکاتیب، عرایض از لحاظ حقوقی و ارائه نظریات قبل از عقد.
  • مکاتبات مکتوب‌ها، عرایض، پیشنهادات و غیره موارد مرتبط با نهادهای دولتی و خصوصی و از تدقیق آنها با دقت و احتیاط از لحاظ حقوقی.
  • آگاهی از تعدیلات در قوانین و پالیسی هایی که ارتباط به روند تدارکاتی و سایر وظایف محوله دارد.
  • تامین ارتباط و هماهنگی کامل با دونرها در ارتباط به وضع پالیسی ها، اسناد تقنینی و سایر موارد ذیربط.
  • مسؤلیت تمام کارامورات حقوقی شرکت که با ادارات دولتی یا خصوصی می‌باشد.
  • دوران تمام اسناد حقوقی در ادارات ذیربط.
  • ترتیب و ارائه گزارش از اجراات کاری هفتگی، ماهانه، ربعانه و سالانه خویش به مدیر منابع بشری/اداری، مدیر ارشد و سطح رهبری شرکت.
  • اجرای سایر وظایف که از طرف مدیر منابع بشری و سطح رهبری شرکت مطابق قوانین، مقررات و اهداف اداره به وی سپرده می‌شود.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, International Relations (IR), Law, or Business Administration. Candidates with a Master’s Degree in the field will be preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in national or international NGOs, government, or UN organizations.
  • Knowledge of human rights, labor law, social law, constitutional law, and administrative law.
  • Understanding of the legal and legislative frameworks necessary to govern education and training quality, certification, and accreditation.
  • Prior work experience in an academic capacity/context, such as managing/developing educational and training management systems is desirable.
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and negotiation abilities with the capability of managing counterpart relations (e.g., government and donors).

Personnel Skills and Attributes:

  • Possess leadership skills and be capable of motivating people.
  • Communicate effectively both in written and oral modes.
  • Be culturally sensitive and possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Be a self-starter and able to work without supervision.
  • Deal with people at all levels, including senior government levels, with tact and diplomacy.
  • Be well organized, reliable, and able to deliver quality outcomes on time.
  • Possess good teamwork skills.
  • Identify and solve problems.
  • Possess critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Network effectively at all levels.

Other Skills:

  • Languages: Full working knowledge of English, Dari, and Pashto. Fluent in at least national languages with a good working knowledge of English.
  • Computer Skills: Competent in the use of key computer office packages.
