Job Summary
Kabul Skyscraper Services (KSS) is hiring a Representative - Services Centers Support.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Support S&D Service Centers: Provide assistance for ATOMA store on a daily basis as raised in the WhatsApp Group or through email.
· Issue Resolution: Share issues with related divisions and follow up until resolution.
· Assist Sales Academy: Help in MS Team training sessions.
· Monitor Applications' Performance: Conduct daily checks on channel-related applications' performance/behavior; report issues to the related team and follow up until resolved.
· Educate S&D SIM Channels: Provide training on new products and services.
· Prepare Briefs and Trainings: Create briefs and training materials for new product launches, features, or improvements to be communicated to all channels.
· Maintain Records: Keep a proper record of issues with resolution history.
· Track Expenses: Maintain records for service center kitchen expenses and classmate licenses.
· Document Recruitment History: Keep track of training and attendance for all service centers based in provinces.
Job Requirements
Education
· 12th Grade (High School Graduate) with three or more years of experience as a front-line agent.
Computer Skills
· Proficiency in MS Office Package, Email, Printing, Scanning, Browsing.
Required Languages
· Dari, Pashto, and English.
Abilities
· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
· Ability to work independently and as an effective team member.
· Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
