Job Description: Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create engaging visual content across various mediums. You will work closely with the Marketing and Commercial Department to deliver high-quality designs that align with our brand and business goals.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Design Creation:
  Produce visually compelling graphics for digital platforms (websites, social media, email campaigns, etc.) and print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, etc.).
• Brand Consistency:
  Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the company's vision and values.
• Collaborative Work:
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, content, etc.) to translate business requirements into creative design solutions.
• Conceptualization:
  Conceptualize and create original designs that engage and inform the target audience.
• Content Adaptation:
  Adapt designs across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and optimization for various formats (mobile, desktop, etc.).
• Image Editing:
  Edit and enhance photos and other visual assets as needed for marketing campaigns.
• Feedback Integration:
  Incorporate feedback from team members and clients into final design solutions.

Job Requirements

Education Background:

• Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.

Skills:

• Experience in motion graphics, UI/UX design, or video editing is a plus.
• Knowledge of branding and marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web platforms.
• Experience with social media design and digital marketing assets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Fluent in English and local languages.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Solid understanding of design principles (color theory, typography, layout, etc.).
• Familiarity with web design concepts and HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work on time.
