Job Summary
As an HR Manager at Mobin Net ICT Services, you will be responsible for managing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and development, ensuring that HR policies and processes support the company’s goals and comply with legal regulations. You will work closely with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the company attracts and hires top talent.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing issues such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Maintain a positive working environment that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.
- Lead the development and execution of employee training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate staff onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
- Monitor and assess HR metrics (e.g., staff turnover rates, performance reviews) to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage compensation and benefits administration, ensuring fairness and competitiveness within the market.
- Advise management on HR-related matters, provide guidance on organizational change, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with management to ensure proper staffing levels and support employee retention initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by recommending updates to HR policies and practices.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the ICT or technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Afghan labor laws.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication skills in Pashto, Dari, and English.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and mentor teams effectively.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
