Shahab Niru company is also the leading design-build and testing and commissioning contractor which include electrical substation erection with testing and commissioning, electrical transmission line construction with testing and commissioning. Substation and transmission line protection system. Disel generator plant and solar plant service in Afghanistan. Job Summary

To work under the direct supervision of the Program Manager/Construction Manager

including the following Duties and Responsibilities noticed in Duties and Responsibilities section

Duties & Responsibilities

• Create and implement Critical Path Method (CPM) Baseline Schedule with Primavera Project Planner or Microsoft (MS) Project.
• Update weekly and monthly construction schedule with narratives and progress analysis.
• Coordinates the various subprojects into a Master schedule.
• Maintains and monitors program and project level CPM.
• Monitors program milestones and interdependencies between subprojects, identifying the critical path and suggesting alternatives
• Provide translation services, oral and written for staff, as needed.
• Prepare BoQ, Estimation and Plans for the project.
• Manage project baseline Schedule and Recovery Schedule
• Performing other duties assigned by relevant supervisor
• Implement corrective action for adjusting schedules or workaround
• Analyzing "look ahead" schedules for potential problems or delays

Job Requirements

• Civil Engineer
• At least 5-10 years of experience in a similar position
• Provide appropriate documentation to confirm education and experience
• Experience preparing BOQ, tenders, design/AutoCAD MS projects and Primavera P6
• Field construction experience an asset
