Job Description: Senior Backend Developer

Job Summary

The Senior Backend Developer will work under the overall guidance of the Chief Executive Officer and direct supervision of the Software Development Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Senior Backend Developer will collaborate closely with the Software Development Department and fulfill the following duties and responsibilities:

·       Design and Development:

• Design and develop new software projects, websites, and mobile applications.
• Conduct feasibility studies for software projects.

·       Team Leadership:

• Assign tasks to junior developers, including coding, testing, and debugging.
• Write advanced programming code.

·       Project Management:

• Manage project timelines and tasks.
• Work in close partnership with operations, business, IT, and management departments.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3+ years of experience in the aforementioned field.
