Job Summary

The Logistics Manager will ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective movement of goods and materials through planning and vendor coordination. This role aims to support organizational operations by managing inbound and outbound logistics, overseeing customs compliance, and maintaining high standards in transportation while aligning all logistics activities with the company’s operational goals and regulatory requirements.


Duties & Responsibilities

Major Responsibilities:

·       Comply with internal policies and regulations of the Business Academy and the overall corporation.

·       Prepare and regularly update the curriculum of the Business Academy.

·       Update training manuals, policies, and procedures regularly in the shared drive.

·       Conduct needs assessments to identify training needs within the organization.

·       Collaborate with department heads and supervisors to gather feedback on training effectiveness and its impact on trainees.

·       Follow up with regional office trainers and the training process.

·       Ensure the safety of documents containing confidential information and entrusted materials.

·       Prepare necessary materials, slides, and lecture notes for training programs, including both short-term and long-term courses.

·       Participate in the preparation and planning of strategies, goals, and needs of the Business Academy in accordance with the organization's overall strategy related to training.

·       Collect various books and learning materials for the Business Academy library and hold meetings to stimulate self-learning among employees.

·       Plan programs, courses, and sessions based on requests or observations and ensure quality training delivery.

·       Create and update training materials and books.

·       Organize training sessions, preparing necessary places and equipment across all regions.

·       Constantly improve and enhance the effectiveness of the learning process using best practices.

·       Prepare training notes to be shared with trainees as reference material for each training.

·       Prepare, update, and apply tests to assess trainees' knowledge levels.

·       Provide written reports on trainee performance during training sessions.

·       Conduct regular performance evaluations for trainees through site visits or online surveys.

·       Generate and deliver periodic reports to the direct manager.

·       Inform the direct supervisor about any emergencies.

·       Perform other management instructions within the scope of competence.

·       Undertake additional assignments/tasks related to departmental activities as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Academic Qualification

·       Master’s degree in Business Administration.


Job Requirements

Experience:

·       At least 5 years of practical experience in university-level teaching or training.

Skills and Competencies:

·       Training content development and design.

·       Knowledge of sales, marketing, and management.

·       Strong presentation skills.

·       Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

·       Awareness of new training methods and approaches.

·       Ability to work well in a team.

·       Strong persuasive communication skills.

·       Knowledgeable in sales operations in telecom.

·       Willingness to travel to different regions.

IT Knowledge:

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nationality:

·       Afghan


Daily Activities:

·       Conduct training needs assessments.

·       Deliver training sessions.

·       Perform pre-, post-, and training quality evaluations.

·       Create curriculum, lecture notes, and booklets for training sessions.

·       Frequent travel to provinces.
